This level is ideal for those who want to enjoy volleyball socially while gradually improving their skills.
Intermeidate
(Developing Players)
For players with some experience looking to take their skills to the next level, intermediate training refines techniques like spiking, blocking and defensive play. Sessions focus on game strategy, teamwork and reaction time, while also introducing more advanced drills and competitive play scenarios. Players at this level begin developing a stronger tactical understanding of the game, improving consistency and decision-making on the court.
Advanced
(Competitive & Premier Players)
Advanced training is designed for experienced players aiming for high-level competition. Sessions are intense and fast-paced, focusing on precision, power and elite-level tactics. Players work on explosive movement, game strategy and advanced techniques like jump serves, quick attacks and defensive transitions. Training involves match simulations and high-intensity drills, preparing athletes for Premier League, club competitions and state-level play.
Junior
(Ages 6-12)
Junior training is designed for young players who are new to the sport. Sessions focus on fundamentals, including hand-eye coordination, movement on sand and basic volleyball techniques like passing, setting and serving. Coaches create a fun, engaging environment where kids develop a love for the game through drills and mini-games. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, confidence and having fun while learning the basics of indoor beach volleyball.
